Hello. My name is Indica and I am the author of Finding Food Freedom. I wrote this book because I know how it feels to suffer from binge eating, emotional eating, and food addiction. Food used to control my life and my binge eating was causing me to be depressed, have severe fatigue, digestion problems, skin rashes and more. I couldn't go a day without bingeing on food and my addiction to food was preventing me from recovering and living the life I knew that I deserved. It wasn't until I implemented 6 specific steps into my daily life that I was able to heal from my binge eating and food addiction. Now I am successfully binge free and free from my food addiction. I have been eating a fruit-based, vegan diet for over 5 years and feel better every single day. Overcoming binge eating, emotional eating, and food addiction is about so much more than just what we fuel our bodies with. There are other mental and lifestyle steps that need to be made to recover long-term. I have put everything that I used and currently still use in my everyday life into this book to stay binge free and free from food addiction and teach you how you can do it too.
