Two delicious raw vegan dips!

Today we went to a friends birthday party and I made these two delicious dips to bring with for everyone to enjoy along with some lettuce, cucumbers and brussels sprouts to dip. These dips turned out absolutely amazing and I just had to share the recipes with you all!


The first dip is an overt fat free red pepper dip!


Ingredients:

1 red bell pepper

1 cup dehydrated/sun-dried tomatoes

1.5 cups fresh tomatoes

Large handful cilantro

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes


Directions:

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, simple as that!


The other dip is a spinach pesto dip and it's extremely delicious and filling.


Ingredients:

4 cups packed spinach

1 large handful of basil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

4 tablespoons tahini

The juice from 1 lemon

1/2 cup of water


Directions:

Place all ingredients and blend until smooth!


You can enjoy these as salad dressings, on top of cucumber noodles, a dip for your favorite veggies and more! They are extremely easy but also delicious and good for you, I hope you enjoy them. :)
