Raw chili with hemp cream and mango salsa

'Chili' base:

4 cups dehydrated or sundried tomatoes

5 cups fresh tomatoes

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder


Directions:

Blend until smooth, should be thick! Next, chop up and add in whatever veggies/fruits you desire. For this one we added mushrooms, 2 cups of sprouted lentils, okra and poblano peppers but corn, zucchini, onion and bell peppers are all good options! We then put ours in the dehydrator for 3 hours but it's totally not necessary.


Mango salsa:

2 large mangos

1 Serrano pepper or jalapeno pepper

4 small tomatoes

2 stalks green onion

1 cup cilantro

The juice from 1 lime


Directions:

Finely dice/chop all ingredients and add into a bowl. Mix together with the lime juice.


Hemp cream:

1 cup raw hemp seeds

1 teaspoon black pepper

The juice from 2 lemons

1 tablespoon onion powder

1/2 cup of water


Directions:

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!


We served all of this up between the two of us on top of some romaine lettuce. Super simple and super delicious!
