1 head of broccoli
1/8 head of cabbage - chopped
1 carrot - chopped
1 red bell pepper - chopped
1 green bell pepper - chopped
1/8 an onion - diced
cumin, paprika, salt and pepper
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
First place the broccoli into a food processor or blender and pulse blend until it resembles the texture of rice.
Add the broccoli rice into a pan along with the remainder of your ingredients besides the cilantro and cook on medium heat until veggies are soft.
Top with the cilantro and enjoy!
